As we know from last year where the KRACK’s WiFI vulnerabilities been found, Wifi Alliance have announce that WPA3 will be released in the 2018 where the encryption has been improved in terms of data encryption and it will made the WiFi Cracking a little bit much harder to crack for the attackers. WPA3 new features will be also include “robust protection” where it will also simplify security configurations for the device when the password setup is consider as weak.
Another new features that been made in the WPA3 encryption is that the protection is been placed to encouter the attack against the brute-force password attacks. All the WiFi router that WPA3 have been enabled, it will help the users to detect whether the attacker is trying to access your network environment and it also strength the access to the router itself.
WiFi Alliance also said that
Another feature will strengthen user privacy in open networks through individualized data encryption. Finally, a 192-bit security suite, aligned with the Commercial National Security Algorithm (CNSA) Suite from the Committee on National Security Systems, will further protect Wi-Fi networks with higher security requirements such as government, defense, and industrial.
